With her wealth of experience in the legal field, Beth is dedicated to serving the people of Lake County as Clerk of Courts by being a strong advocate for accessibility and efficiency in the legal process.

​- Upgrade electronic filing (e-filing) to reduce the chance of errors and save taxpayer dollars.

The incumbent Clerk's conduct towards staff is well documented. It resulted in a lawsuit against our Judges that incurred legal fees of more than $100,000 - paid for by taxpayers. This situation is unacceptable, and the community deserves better.
If elected, I pledge a professional, respectful Clerk's office with no political agenda. My office will be committed to providing the best possible service and upholding the highest ethical standards. I have the experience, deep commitment to public service, and values necessary to bring much-needed change to this critical role. ​​
As an experienced legal professional, I understand the challenges and complexities of navigating the court system. That is why it is crucial to elect a Clerk who is dedicated to breaking down barriers to legal access for a more equitable justice system. ​
